Mr. Makaya established QTPM, Inc in 2015 while serving KCI Technologies Inc of Washington DC as Construction Manager.
Mr. Makaya has over 12 years of experience in property & construction management,and transportation services in the Washington Metropolitan Area.
Mr. Makaya holds several degrees, includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from University of Maryland Eastern Shore and is a candidate of Master of Science degree in Cyber Security from the University of Maryland College Park. Mr. Makaya and his family reside in Capitol Heights, MD.
